Themba Nkomo – Managing Director
Our managing director, Bekithemba Lloyd Nkomo, is married to Gina and together they have 2 adult daughters and an adult son. He is the Chairman of Gaskets and Cuttings International (Pvt) Ltd, the Managing Director of Lloyd Corporate Capital (Pvt) Ltd. He is the Zimbabwe Franchise holder for Vistage International and is also the Country Representative for Senior Expert Services, (SES), of Germany.
Themba also currently serves as a non-Executive Chairman of Old Mutual Property, and a non-executive director at Old Mutual Investment Group (OMIG), and is a member of ZSE listed Old Mutual Zimbabwe board where he serves on the Group Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee. He is a director of ZSE listed Star Africa Corporation. He is an alternate director at Tongaat Hullet Botswana. He is also a non-executive director of Ethical Leaf Tobacco.
He is the Chairman of Open Factor Zimbabwe and the Chairman of Hollands Bulawayo and also Hollands Harare.
In recent previous times, he has also served on Zimbabwe International Trade Fair Company board as Chairman for 7 years, been a non-Executive Director of Central African Building Society, (CABS), for 14 years, 5 of which he was Chairman of the Audit Committee, ZSE listed African Sun Limited as Chairman, ZSE listed AICO Africa Limited as Chairman, ZSE listed Seedco Limited as Chairman and also a non-Executive Director at Dube Holdings (Pvt) Limited.
He participates in several community engagements including serving as an elder at the Bulawayo Baptist Church, and being a member of the board of governors of Christian Brothers College (CBC), Bulawayo.
His personal strengths are CREATING, LEADING and DIRECTING.
He is passionate about GROWTH. Growth of an individual and growth of businesses. His mission in life is to add value to whoever he is in contact with, with or without the other person knowing it! He believes that growth (for individuals and businesses) is not an automatic process, but needs to be a well-planned, well implemented intentional process. He believes that leadership needs to lead to growth.
Fidelis L Nkomo – Business Analyst
• Fidelis has a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Finance from the National University of Science and Technology and is working towards being a holder of the CFA Charter.
• He has a high interest in Corporate and Personal Finance, and enjoys financial modelling, research and analytics.
• His interests as a finance practioner extend to forex trading and stock markets activity.
• He has worked in the past as a financial advisor and financial consultant.
• He is an avid rugby and cricket fan
Kundai F Jasi – Business Development Officer
• Kundai has a BA in Political Science and Media and Writing from UCT and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public and Development Management from Wits School of Governance, University of the Witwatersrand.
• She is passionate about enterprise development and has a high interest in generating strategies which address issues of parity in the public and development sector.
• Her interests expand to Public Policy, Macro Economic and Public Health.
• She has previous experience in Research and Development, strategic planning, brand building and management and development planning
Patricia N Matika – Legal and Compliance Officer
• At just 27, Patricia has already acquired some significant experience in legal research and advisory as well as administration. Her career began in the Legal Services Sector where she worked for established law firms in Bulawayo, amongst them, Majoko & Majoko Legal Practitioners.
• In her current role at LCC she is the Legal and Compliance Officer focusing on compliance and corporate governance matters including the legal advisory portfolio as it relates to our clients.
• She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB with Honours) from the University of the South Africa (UNISA). In addition to this, she holds a DELF A1 and A2 Certificate in French from Alliance Francais.
• Patricia has occupied key roles in the areas of Paralegal, Research and Administration in various sectors of the economy including the Transport and Logistics industry.
• A self admitted travel addict, Patricia enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures. She also has a keen interest in all things related to food as well as television. She has a keen personal interest in Real Estate development and investment.
Sibongile T Hokonya – Business Analyst
• Sibongile holds a B-Tech Honours Degree in Financial Engineering from Harare Institute of Technology and a Professional and Academic Learning Certificate from World Learning, USA.
• She also studied Finance as an Exchange student at Carroll College in Helena Montana, USA.
• Her previous experience in Business Planning and Analysis is from her time with Rift Valley Corporation, Zimbabwe.
• She joined Lloyd Corporate Capital in November 2019 and has since conducted micro and macro analyses providing financial insights and participated in product development.
• She enjoys playing chess and is an ardent baker.
