How we handle your information.
This notice explains what personal information Lloyd Corporate Capital collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The only personal information it collects is what you choose to type into the enquiry form.
Who we are
Lloyd Corporate Capital (Pvt) Ltd is the company responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Our head office is at 8 Swansea Street, Belmont, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, and we also have offices in Harare and Johannesburg.

What we collect
We collect personal information in one place on this site: the enquiry form on the contact page. Nothing on any other page asks you for information about yourself.
When you send an enquiry, we receive:
- Your name and email address, so that we can reply to you.
- The topic you select, if you choose one — it is optional.
- The message you write.
- Two anti-spam values submitted with the form: how many seconds the form was open before you sent it, and a hidden field that people never see and only automated scripts fill in. Neither identifies you; both exist so that we can tell a real enquiry from bulk spam.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, this one is delivered to you by a hosting provider, and that provider records standard technical information each time a page is requested — including the IP address making the request, the browser and operating system it reports, and the time and page requested. This is used to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse.
We do not combine this technical information with enquiry form data to build a profile of you.
What this site does not do
This site is deliberately built without tracking. Specifically:
- It sets no cookies of any kind, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
- It stores nothing in your browser — no local storage, no session storage.
- It runs no analytics and no advertising or tracking pixels.
- It loads no third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so visiting a page does not tell any other company that you were here.
- The only link that leaves this site is the one to the ZEEX platform at zeex.co.zw, and it is marked as opening in a new tab. Once you follow it, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
Why we use it, and what we do with it
We use the details you submit for one purpose: to read your enquiry and respond to it. We may keep a record of the exchange as part of our ordinary business records.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
Who else can see it
Your enquiry is read by the relevant people at Lloyd Corporate Capital. To run this website and to receive what you send through the form, we also rely on third-party technology providers. They hold the information on our behalf, act only on our instructions, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Their servers may be located outside Zimbabwe and South Africa.
Other than that, we disclose personal information only where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to maintain our business records, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. You can also object to our using it, or ask us to stop.
To do any of these, email info@lloydccapital.com. We will not charge you for it, and we will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
If you are in Zimbabwe, your rights are set out in the Data Protection Act [Chapter 11:12]. If you are in South Africa, they are set out in the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). If you believe we have not handled your information properly, you are entitled to complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Keeping it secure
This site is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection, which is enforced at the browser level, so information you submit through the form is encrypted in transit. A content security policy restricts what the pages are allowed to load, which limits the scope for a malicious script to run and capture what you type.
No website can promise perfect security, but we take the protection of what you send us seriously.
Changes to this notice
If we change how this site handles personal information — for example by adding analytics — we will update this notice and change the date at the top of it.
